JAN TECH's President, Phil Bower, a retired U.S. Navy Captain, has worked as a senior executive in the Federal and Defense industries for several decades. His military background includes Chief of Staff for DISA's engineering organization, Commanding Officer of a Navy fighter squadron, and a tour developing test labs for the Joint Interoperability Test Command. He is a graduate of the Naval War College and has two MS degrees, International Relations and Information Systems Management.

Mr. Bower has managed business units over $100M and established new business areas in a wide range of disciplines such as physical security, border security, microwave communications, coastal surveillance systems and CBRNE. Mr. Bower has international business experience, spending time in Western Africa with a team of engineers developing a coastal surveillance systems.

Mr. Bower is experienced in managing large contracts with geographically distributed workforce including construction requirements marrying high end, leading edge technologies to deliver fully capable turn-key operational systems. This broad background provides TMGL the leadership necessary to be successful in a number of critical markets.

Executive Vice President of JAN TECH - Ms. Janet Chihocky leads ideation, development and deployment of JAN TECH's communications and facilities modernization efforts. She has led large-scale facilities modernization contracts for over a decade, as well as multi-year, multi-dimensional communications contracts for both military customers and leading aerospace and defense customers.

Janet is also the Founder and CEO of JANSON Communications. Having started her career in the early 1990's as Manager for Coporate Communications at Orbital Sciences Corporation, Janet founded JANSON in 1998, supporting customers in the aerospace market such as Space Systems/Loral, Honeywell, Allied Signal and many more.

In 2002 Janet visioned JANSON migrating to the defense market and 2006, successfully secured JANSON's first Department of Defense contract for strategic communications, market analysis and branding.

Janet leverages her results-driven experience and subject matter expertise in successfully managing large-scale facilities modernization programs with an emphasis on improving workspace environments and bringing the customer's mission to life.

Janet holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Strayer University. From 2007 to 2017, Janet retained a professional business coach/advisor who also worked as an Instructor in Organizational Dynamics at the Wharton School of Business.
